Construction Law, Cost Control and Labor Compliance Module
These courses are designed to give attendees a general understanding of construction law and practices, cost control and labor compliance issues relevant to public works projects. This knowledge will allow attendees to successfully bid, control costs and perform on public works contracts and increase their success rate in preparing for future work.
Course 1: Construction Law Attendees will understand:

- Substitutions
- Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Agreement Clauses
